You know that phrase "I'll start my diet tomorrow"? Well.... I certainly can't start today!
It was my boss's birthday yesterday and I brought in my most favorite store-bought cupcakes ever...from Whole Foods... and there were LEFTOVERS! This was my lunch today...
And yes... they are even better than they look, which is already pretty amazing!
I have never been good with keeping a workout routine... except for this one time that I stuck with yoga and was super-awesomely-fit and loved it <<sigh>>. Not that I eat unhealthily or anything, but I just DON'T exercise. I love outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing, canoeing, wake surfing and wake boarding and am always up for adventure BUT... I don't have a boat, I live in Florida (no mountains to hike or climb), and don't own a canoe.
Thus.... my plan!
{one month of yoga and diet}
Here is my help on the diet portion:
{Day 1}
Steak with Sautéed Fennel and Olives
I will start with day one and stick with it every day

In addition, I will do 30 minutes of yoga, twice a day, monday through friday.
